Nutella Marble Bundt Cake
As you can see in the video below i utilize a highly scientific method of plopping alternating chocolate and vanilla cake batters swirling and layering.
Nutella marble bundt cake. In a separate bowl mix together the cake mix three eggs 1 3 cup nutella and 1 2 cup buttermilk. Spoon dollops of the nutella batter on top of the yellow batter. Pour half of the remaining batter over the nutella layer and spread with the left over nutella. Vanilla and nutella mixtures are placed alternatively in a well greased bundt tin then swirled together using a knife to create the marble effect becareful not to overmix you don t want to loose the marble effect.
Pour half the remaining pound cake mixture into the prepared pan then add the nutella mixture on top gently smoothing it to cover. Mix thoroughly for two to three minutes. Bake the pound cake for 50 60 minutes. This is more like a marble cake but with nutella it should be much more awesome.
Spoon nutella batter over it and using a knife gently swirl batters together to create a marble pattern. A rich buttery vanilla cake with swirls of nutella and a decadent nutella glaze. Remove 1 cup of cake batter and combine with the nutella egg mixture. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
Pour the rest off the batter in the pan. Use a knife and swirl the chocolate batter through the pound cake being careful not to not overmix. Pour batter from large bowl into bundt pan. You can bake the cake in a bundt pan or in a loaf tin ingrediens.
Top with the remaining pound cake batter. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out free of cake crumbs with some nutella. I definitely have to try this thank you. Bake for 40 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake has moist crumbs that stick to it.
250g butter 190g sugar 10g vanilla sugar or some vanilla extract 4 eggs 250g flour 2 tsp baking powder 40ml milk. Mix until thoroughly combined. Then baked in a pre heated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Smooth top of cake batter.
Slight browning is ok. Cover with aluminum foil after 25 minutes to avoid the top and sides form browning too much. Bake for 45 60 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean. Marble bundt cake this is a big cake and it will feed a crowd so it s perfect for your labor day celebration.
The original recipe stated 1 hour and 15 minutes but that was much too long for my cake. Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes. This nutella bundt cake is easy to make but worthy of entertaining. Swirl the batter evenly with a knife.
